Frequently asked questions

What does my registration fee include?

In-person registration covers access to the full programme — keynotes, paper sessions, workshops and tutorials, the poster session and exhibition — plus coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception, the conference dinner, conference material and your certificates.

Online-only registration covers live streaming, remote presentation, the digital Book of Abstracts and certificates. It does not include catering or social events. Accommodation and travel are never included. See the registration section for the full matrix.

How many papers can one registration cover?

One full author registration covers one accepted paper. If you are the presenting author of more than one accepted submission, a reduced fee of 50% applies to your second and third paper. Each paper still requires a presenting author to attend its session.

Are there travel grants or fee waivers for students?

The Organising Committee intends to offer a limited number of travel grants, prioritising students and early-career researchers from Widening countries. Availability depends on sponsorship secured before the conference; eligibility criteria and the application procedure will be announced together with the author notifications in February 2027.
