Yes. Once you have completed and paid your registration, the Local Organising Committee will issue a personalised invitation letter for visa purposes, stating your name, passport number, affiliation, paper title (if applicable) and the dates of the conference.

Please request it at least eight weeks before the conference, as Schengen appointments in some countries take considerable time. The letter confirms your participation only; it is not a guarantee of a visa, and ICDAAI cannot cover visa fees, provide financial guarantees or intervene in national visa procedures.

Yes. ICDAAI 2027 is a genuine hybrid conference. Authors may choose to present live via teleconference, and all main-room sessions are streamed to remote participants. Remote presenters get the same slot length, live Q&A and the same treatment in the proceedings as in-person presenters.

Choose your presentation mode during registration. Remote presenters upload a backup recording one week in advance so that a connection failure does not cost you your session. Posters are additionally shown as e-posters in the online platform.

In-person registration covers access to all three days — keynotes, paper sessions, workshops and tutorials, the poster session and exhibition — plus coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception, the conference dinner, conference material and your certificates.

Online-only registration covers live streaming, remote presentation, the digital Book of Abstracts and certificates. It does not include catering or social events. Accommodation and travel are never included. See the registration section for the full matrix.

One full author registration covers one accepted paper. If you are the presenting author of more than one accepted submission, a reduced fee of 50% applies to your second and third paper. Each paper still requires a presenting author to attend its session.

ICDAAI 2027 uses single-blind review: reviewers see author names and affiliations, but reviewer identities are never disclosed to authors. You therefore do not need to anonymise your manuscript.

Each submission is assigned at least two independent reviewers, with a third review requested when the first two disagree. Conflicts of interest are declared and enforced in the submission platform, and final decisions are taken by the Programme Chairs.

Yes, with disclosure. Generative-AI tools may be used for language editing, code assistance or literature exploration, but their use must be stated in an acknowledgement section. AI systems cannot be listed as authors, and the human authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality and integrity of the entire manuscript, including all references.

Keynote lectures and selected sessions will be recorded and published after the conference, subject to the explicit consent of each speaker. Regular paper sessions are streamed live but not archived by default. All recording and photography follows the conference GDPR notice, and you may opt out at registration.

The Organising Committee intends to offer a limited number of travel grants, prioritising students and early-career researchers from Widening countries. Availability depends on sponsorship secured before the conference; eligibility criteria and the application procedure will be announced together with the author notifications in March 2027.
